Timothy (Tim) Schwartz is a partner at Bregman, Berbert, Schwartz & Gilday, LLC in Bethesda, Maryland. He earned a B.A. from the University of Maryland and a J.D. from Georgetown University Law School.
Tim has been practicing real estate and corporate law for the past 40 years, and has grown the law firm from 3 lawyers in 1988 to approximately 35 lawyers at the present time. He has extensive experience in all aspects of real estate law and commercial transactions.
In 2015, Tim began working with the Sisters of Mary. In 2017, he was elected as President of Villages du Monde pour Enfants in Paris France. He serves on the Board of Directors of Sisters of Mary World Villages for Children and supports the Sisters’ mission through leadership roles with their fundraising offices in France and the Netherlands. He had the privilege to have visited almost all of the Boystowns and Girlstowns around the world.
Tim is currently living in Bethesda, Maryland and is surrounded by his three daughters, Katie, Natalie, and Chloe. In his spare time, Tim enjoys playing tennis, lifting weights, and spending quality time with his family and friends. Tim is truly passionate about his work with the Sisters of Mary. He believes it is such a gift and honor to be able to work with them and see all the beautiful faces of the many children who are blessed and helped every day at their schools.
